FREE DELIVERY

We offer free tracked delivery on all online orders over £50 (excluding VAT) to England & Wales addresses. This ensures your items reach you securely, efficiently, and at no extra cost.


DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES

England & Wales (30kg or less)

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days): £5.99 (ex VAT)
  • Express Delivery (Next Working Day): £19.99 (ex VAT) (AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12PM AND SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY) While many deliveries arrive the next working day, this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £80 (ex VAT)

Scotland (30kg or less)

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days): £7.99 (ex VAT)

Northern Ireland (30kg or less)

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days): £11.99 (ex VAT)

Orders placed before 3:00pm are typically dispatched the same day, with most orders arriving within 2 working days via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays.

Please note (Items over 30kg): 

Large or heavy items over 30kg require a special delivery service. Delivery charges start from £15.00 (ex VAT) and may vary depending on weight and location.

Pallet Delivery

Pallet delivery charges start from £25.00 (ex VAT).


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items will be dispatched on the next working day as soon as stock arrives in our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, and customers will be notified of estimated dispatch dates at the time of order.


SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Special order items are made or sourced specifically for your order and may require several working days for delivery, depending on stock availability. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided when your order is confirmed. Please note that all special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order for a special order item has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.


TRACKING

All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services. A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been shipped. If you’ve created an account with us, you can also view your tracking information directly online.


OVERSEAS & NON-MAINLAND UK DELIEVERIES

We do offer overseas delivery. For shipping quotes outside the UK Mainland, please email us at customerservice@tranzparts.co.uk. We will source the most economical shipping option available for your location.


ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are processed within one working day. Delivery to UK Mainland typically occurs within 1–2 working days. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other offshore areas may require an additional 2–4 working days and are not eligible for free delivery.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, although smaller Royal Mail parcels may occasionally arrive on a Saturday.

Note: Free delivery only applies to orders under 30kg shipped to the UK Mainland.


DELAY & HIGH ORDER VOLUME

In rare cases where order volumes are exceptionally high, dispatch may be delayed. Where possible, we will notify you of any delay before your order is completed.


LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at customerservice@tranzparts.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the courier. This process can take up to three working days, during which time we will not send a replacement, as parcels are often located and delivered during this period. Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the parcel is officially confirmed as missing.


BACK ORDERS

Some items may be on back order due to high demand or external supply factors. If an item you've ordered is on back order, we will notify you within 24 - 48 hours and provide an estimated lead time. You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.


TRADE CUSTOMERS (NORTH WEST ENGLAND)
  • Same-Day Delivery available for stock parts – typically within 60 minutes
  • No timed delivery windows; deliveries are made as soon as possible
  • Next-Day Delivery for special order items
  • 24/7/365 Call-Out Service available (minimum monthly spend applies)
