    • Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
    • Special handling or packaging requests
2. Delivery Timeframes
  • Estimated delivery times are based on courier guidelines and may vary by destination and service type.
  • Public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times.
  • Customs clearance delays are outside our control and are not included in the estimated timeframes.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees set by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in Tranzparts’ shipping charges unless agreed in writing.
  • Customers must ensure compliance with all import regulations for their country.
4. Packaging Standards

  • Special packaging requirements must be communicated before dispatch; additional charges may apply.
  • Certain items may require palletisation or crating for safe international transport.
5. Tracking & Notifications
  • Tracking details are provided once your shipment has been dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipments and liaising with couriers if required for delivery arrangements.
  • If there are delivery issues, please contact our customer service team promptly for assistance.
6. Cancellations & Changes
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched.
  • Changes to delivery addresses or contact details after dispatch may incur extra courier charges and could delay delivery.
