International Shipping Terms & Conditions
At Tranzparts, we are committed to providing safe, efficient, and transparent international delivery services. By placing an international order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Shipping Charges & Surcharges
- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen courier service.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Oversized or overweight items
- Hazardous or restricted materials
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
- Special handling or packaging requests
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery times are based on courier guidelines and may vary by destination and service type.
- Public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times.
- Customs clearance delays are outside our control and are not included in the estimated timeframes.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees set by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in Tranzparts’ shipping charges unless agreed in writing.
- Customers must ensure compliance with all import regulations for their country.
4. Packaging Standards
- Goods are packed securely in line with courier and industry standards to minimise transit damage.
- Special packaging requirements must be communicated before dispatch; additional charges may apply.
- Certain items may require palletisation or crating for safe international transport.
5. Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking details are provided once your shipment has been dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipments and liaising with couriers if required for delivery arrangements.
- If there are delivery issues, please contact our customer service team promptly for assistance.
6. Cancellations & Changes
- Orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched.
- Changes to delivery addresses or contact details after dispatch may incur extra courier charges and could delay delivery.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Goods
- Some products may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check local import rules before ordering.
- We reserve the right to refuse to ship items that breach courier or destination regulations.
8. Communication & Accuracy of Information
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and email addresses to avoid delays.
- Tranzparts is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
