Refund policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.

Please note that any items that have been damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, improper use, or any damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund. We are unable to accept parts that have been fitted, used, altered, or otherwise returned in a condition different from that in which they were supplied.

If the courier attempts delivery but cannot complete it, for example, due to an incorrect address or nobody being available to accept the parcel and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order value excluding the shipping fee, as a delivery attempt was made.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be undamaged

All returned items will be inspected to ensure these criteria have been fulfilled. If the item does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to decline the refund request. In certain cases, we may still accept returns of opened items (including where a seal has been broken), but a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied at our discretion.

PROOF OR PURCHASE

To process your refund, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt, purchase order, or other documentation including your order number and the date of purchase. This must be returned with the item. Please note that without proof of purchase, we cannot process your refund.

RETURNING ITEMS

Before returning any items, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Returns sent without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

We understand that identifying the correct part for your vehicle can sometimes be difficult. If you are unsure about compatibility before placing your order, we strongly recommend contacting our team for assistance. If you have already placed an order and believe the item may not be compatible with your vehicle, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us assess the issue, we may request photographs or additional vehicle details.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Even if you were not charged for shipping at the time of purchase, when a wrong item is ordered, we will refund the amount, excluding the shipping price of £6.99 (inc. VAT), once we have received the return. Please note that this is a standard shipping charge and may vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery type of the item ordered.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on orders shipped via pallet delivery or on clearance products. Customers are advised to ensure all items are correct before placing an order, as these purchases are non-returnable.

Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If an item is received in a condition that suggests excessive use or damage beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
